All contracts are valid until stipulated end date and are subject to renewal. Bookings are subject to availability of mini buses, area coverage and route distance. Cancellations are accepted 48 hours prior to the commencement of any said trip. A 50% charge of the total cost of your trip will be billed for last minute cancellations. Due to currency and fuel pricing fluctuations, we reserve the right to amend all quoted prices with or without notice. Public holidays and weekends carry a surcharge of R70.00 per trip.For additional luggage a trailer must be requested (R150 trailer hire fee applicable). Seasonal specials may apply. Should these become available outside of your booking, no claim whatsoever can be held against AutoPorters.co.za. Where possible changes in pricing, routes and other/s will be updated on our website. 10% Commission is payable to transport co-ordinators or other tourist and/or travel agencies who may refer clientele or other business to Autoporters.co.za. All non-standard requests are subject to additional charges, including though not limited to snacks and beverages, trailer/s, tour entrance and other fee/s. All transfer/s and/or tour/s do not include entrance fees. No claim/s can be held against AutoPorters, it's members, employees, suppliers and other related affiliates or associations; where charges may arise from late arrival/s or departure/s, fines, penalties or other similar cost/s etc. Aside from the transfer/tour and it's mutually agreed cost, no other claims may be held against Autoporters. No discounts or reimbursement will be effected or considered where circumstance/s fall outside of our control; where there is/are complaint/s or dissatisfaction etc., without written notification of your grievance.
